We’re Hiring: TEAm Members and TEAm Managers! 

TEAm Members are responsible for the following:

-Ability to prepare all drinks, recipe specific, and to customer specifications.  

-Offer friendly and helpful customer experience that really wows our guests and have the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner 

-Anticipate store needs on daily basis e.g. restocking, checking expiration dates, etc. 

-Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, working closely with upwards of 2-3 team members in close quarters 

-Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

-Work well with others and be flexible and adaptable within working positions (register, making drinks, brewing tea etc..) 


TEAm Managers are responsible for the following:

-Same as TEAm Member responsibilities

-Oversee product quality ensuring team members are following operational procedures

-Ability to direct, train, re-train staff members as needed

-Foster a positive team environment

-Follow checklists for daily cleaning tasks 

 

Qualifications: 

-Proven experience in a food/drink environment -Possess excellent communication and people skills -Able to stand for 6+ hours (with breaks) and lift up to 50 lbs 

-Ability to do basic math (fractions, adding, subtracting) 

-Experience using POS systems, we use Revel systems

-Must live in close proximity to store; have reliable transportation

-Ability to work flexible

$12.50/hr* starting pay

$16/hr* TEAm Managers pay 

*hourly base pay plus guaranteed average of hourly tips
